Eligibility For Meditation Course
Prior practice of Meditation or study of Vedanta is not necessary but an interest and willingness to learn and practice is important.
All participants are encouraged to unplug from gadgets, except for essential communication. Depending on the day of arrival, you will have a couple of days to go for outings in and around Rishikesh.
