Yoga as a concept is a multidisciplinary tradition passed on through generations from over five millennia. Some call it a science, some call it an art, some consider it a sport, and some believe it's a philosophy to live by. All of them are true in their own. Yoga educates the individual on personal development by guiding them towards a harmonic mind-body-soul bond thus creating a perfect balance within and without. It empowers stability in all aspects of the body. Such a vast area of study certainly takes a lifetime to master.

Yoga has certainly gained astounding popularity over the years on a global scale. Earlier, not everyone would have the time or resources to embark on a Yogic journey. However, Yoga Alliance USA found a way to condense eons of knowledge into plausible courses with preset hours of mandatory education. This non-profit organization serves as an accreditation facility that mandates Yoga TTCs and sets a certain code on how Yoga Schools function. In this era where every other street has a Yoga Studio, the factor of authenticity is decided by a Yoga Alliance accreditation. If a Yoga school or a Yoga teacher is certified by the Yoga Alliance, it denotes that they have complied with rigorous standards and have proved themselves as genuine Yogis.
