How to do self-healing.
Sound Healing Therapy is a method that uses sound vibrations to improve physical, emotional and spiritual health. This practice relies on the idea that everything in the universe, including the human body, possesses a vibrational state. When these natural vibrations are disturbed or thrown off balance, they can cause numerous health issues and discomforts.
In Sound Healing Therapy, practitioners use various instruments — Tibetan singing bowls, regular singing bowls, 7 chakra singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs — together with daily yoga and meditation. They create specific sound frequencies and vibrations which, researchers believe, connect with the cells, tissues and energy centres of the body, helping to restore balance and harmony.

Place a singing bowl on your palm, immerse yourself in the sound and feel its diversity — low and high-pitched notes, a fundamental tone enriched with many overtones. These heavenly sounds remind us of the origin of the universe, of our own origin. This is what is so valuable about the sound of the singing bowls.
