500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training 8 Week Course followed by some Yogic Purification (Mon, Thur), Pranayama (Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat), ashtanga Yoga Classes and perhaps some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy.
