OM Shanti OM Meaning <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Om Shanti Om<\/strong>” est un mantra en sanskrit souvent utilis\u00e9 dans la pratique du yoga et de la m\u00e9ditation. Il est compos\u00e9 de deux parties : “Om” et “Shanti Om”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Om <\/strong>: “Om” est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le son primordial, le son de l’univers. Il repr\u00e9sente l’\u00e9nergie cr\u00e9atrice, le commencement de tout et l’essence divine qui r\u00e9side en chaque \u00eatre. Chanter ou m\u00e9diter sur le son “Om” est cens\u00e9 apporter une profonde paix int\u00e9rieure et une connexion spirituelle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Shanti <\/strong>: “Shanti” signifie “paix” en sanskrit. C’est un \u00e9tat de calme, d’harmonie et de tranquillit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    “Shanti Om” as well as the combination of “Om” and “Om Shanti Om<\/a>” mantra<\/a>, a harmony of inspiration and a rhythm for the body, mental and spirituality. I have tried to replicate the cultivation of Pax Interior, promoting movement to eliminate emotions and promising to find deep peace. This mantra is used as a blessing, which offers one Pax a month, bringing together other authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
