Butterfly pose<\/strong> The word butterfly means ‘titli’ in hindi . The Sanskrit name of the pose is badha kona asana which means bound angle pose. This asana is performed to prepare the body for the mastery of padmasana and other meditative poses. The inner thigh muscles holds a lot of tension which is relieved by this asana. They also remove tiredness caused due to long hours of standing or walking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
