Trikonasana (Triangle pose) Cues (how to get in final position): –<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. From tadasana open your legs 4 feet distance, turn your right foot
    out to the 90-degree angle and left foot turn in to the 45- or 60-
    degree angle.<\/li>
  2. Heel to the inner arch of the back foot inline.<\/li>
  3. Press all four corners of the feet on the mat.<\/li>
  4. Knee and second big toe inline, legs active (knee cap up).<\/li>
  5. Pelvis open (push the right hip forward and draw the left hip
    back).<\/li>
  6. Stretch the hand’s sideway.<\/li>
  7. Now tilt your pelvis to the left and pull the right-hand right side
    without disturbing the back place your right palm outside of the
    front foot and left hand up towards the sky.<\/li>
  8. Turn the chest upward so chest open.<\/li>
  9. Gaze upward towards the raised hand.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • Feet: -front foot 90-degree angle.<\/li>
    • Back foot 45- or 60-degree angle.<\/li>
    • Heel to the inner arch of the back foot inline.<\/li>
    • Distance between both the legs is 4 feet.<\/li>
    • Press all four corners of the feet on the mat.<\/li>
    • Knee and second big toe inline.<\/li>
    • Legs active (knee cap up).<\/li>
    • Pelvis open.<\/li>
    • Tailbone tucked in, belly in.<\/li>
    • The spine is straight.<\/li>
    • Shoulders away from the ear.<\/li>
    • Hands away from each other (wrist to shoulder and shoulder to wrist inline).<\/li>
