Mala \u2013Garland, necklace, Asana \u2013 Pose; Pronounced As \u2013&nbsp;maa-laa-sa-na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Garland Pose<\/strong> also called, &#8220;Wide Squat,&#8221;&nbsp;<strong>Malasana&nbsp;<\/strong>is the preparatory position for the arm balance, &#8220;Crow Pose \/ Cat Pose&#8221; (<em>Bakasana<\/em>).
